Click on the domain of the website we are developing:

Update to the following PHP Config settings<\/strong> for optimal performance and functionality of the WordPress theme and plugins, the following PHP configuration settings are recommended:\n

upload_max_filesize:<\/strong> 32Mb or greater.<\/li>\n
max_input_vars:<\/strong> 3500.<\/li>\n
post_max_size:<\/strong> 36M or greater.<\/li>\n
max_execution_time:<\/strong> 150 or greater.<\/li>\n

Once the web hosting package has been setup, go to our server<\/li>\n
Click on the domain of the website we are developing<\/li>\n
Go to WordPress App Installer

Install WordPress<\/li>\n
Setup WordPress (Go through steps)
\n– Select correct country (eg. English South Africa<\/strong> for South African businesses)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

The next part of our WordPress website installation process is to adjust the WordPress settings:<\/p>\n

Delete default plugins<\/li>\n
Delete default sample page (empty trash)<\/li>\n
Delete default posts (empty trash)<\/li>\n
Add site title, tagline, icon, and ensure website is https instead of http (by default):

Set permalink structure<\/strong>\u00a0to the following:

Delete default themes except<\/strong> for the latest default WordPress theme. Enable auto updates on the latest WordPress theme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Install and activate required theme plugins. Only install plugins required for the specific project.<\/li>\n
