Update plugins & themes weekly. <\/strong>
(Non-updated websites are the #1 reason websites get infected).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Install <\/strong>Malcare<\/strong><\/a>. <\/strong>
This is a premium service that installs a Firewall to block bad traffic, scans your site daily for Malware, and most importantly provides an on-demand malware removal service.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Remove unnecessary<\/strong> and unused plugins and themes.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Change the default WordPress login page URL<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Force 2FA<\/strong> (2-factor authentication) for login.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

After the site is clean, we update all plugins<\/strong>, themes<\/strong>, and WordPress framework.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Remove unnecessary<\/strong> and unused plugins, users and themes.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Change the login page URL<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Change write permissions<\/strong> on core code files.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Change passwords for all admin users hosting, FTP, and MYSQL database.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Force 2FA (2-factor authentication) for login.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
