To ensure the security of email-related changes, we require proper authorization before making any modifications, such as password resets, SMTP requests, adding, deleting, or updating email accounts.
Authorization Process:
Email Request:
The request must come from a senior email account (e.g., CEO or Manager) via a business email.
If a business email is not available, a personal email may be used.
WhatsApp Confirmation:
The request must be confirmed by a separate colleague via WhatsApp to +27 72 152 3958 or in the designated client WhatsApp group.
If no colleague is available, the same person must confirm the request via WhatsApp.
